Surprise Creek Falls in Litchfield National Park, Northern Territory, Australia

Surprise Creek Falls - 4WD only check road conditions. Surprise Creek Falls is a place to relax and enjoy a swim in an un-crowded waterfall. Camping facilities are available. This water fall is the most southern falls on the 4WD track to Daly River Road. A small camp ground is also available. A walk of approximately 300 metres from the carpark to a series of rockholes linked with small waterfalls.

The southern half of Litchfield National Park can be accessed from the Daly River Mango Farm via the 4wd track from the Daly River Road. Many guests take a picnic lunch and make a days outing visiting Surprise Creek (photographs below left). Actually you can also stay at the Daly River Mango Farm - a place for accommodation and fishing.
